NEW TOTE PROVIDER | NEW BETTING MACHINES

WHAT TO KNOW:

Winners will roll out new parimutuel self-service machines across Connecticut on Monday, February 26. These will be new for customers and staff alike, so we ask that you be patient as you get used to the new technology.

SELF-SERVICE MACHINES:

These new machines will have three distinct functions at our Winners locations.

  • Select machines will convert cash to vouchers, with no betting
  • Select machines will accept both, cash, and vouchers, with betting
  • Select machines will ONLY accept Amtote vouchers, with betting

PRE-FEBRUARY 26 TICKETS AND VOUCHERS:

Customers with Winners tickets and vouchers obtained before February 26 are advised to see a Winners staff member. Our staff will assist you with where to check and cash tickets and vouchers created before February 26, 2024.

HOW THE NEW SELF-SERVICE MACHINES WORK:

Use the FUND, FIND, FINISH method to play:

  • FUND:
    • Insert cash, a winning Amtote ticket, or an Amtote voucher. For Winners Rewards value, swipe the Rewards Card now

  • FIND:
    • Find track
    • Find race; for advanced races, select the race number displayed
    • Find bet type (Win, Exacta, Trifecta, Pick-3, etc.)
    • Find wager amount
    • Find runners

  • FINISH:
    • Select MAKE BET to place a wager and receive a ticket
    • Select FINISH to end your session or continue to wager off of your balance
