CURRENT WINNERS REWARDS
Our Winners Rewards Program offers a variety of great value at all points levels. Redeem Winners Rewards for wagering value.
The exchange rate for wagering value is 600 points for $1 and 250 points for $1 for food & beverage and paper products (DRF, Equibase, and programs).
In addition to wagering value we are pleased to offer the following rewards:
WINNERS MERCHANDISE POINTS REQUIRED
250 Rewards points per dollar ($1) for food & beverage*, restaurant gift cards**, select track merchandise, apparel***, and printed handicapping sheets/ programs/ booklets.
600 Rewards points per dollar for wagering value in Venue, through our telephone betting service, mobile or online apps.
*Food and beverage vouchers can be redeemed only at Bobby V’s (Stamford & Windsor Locks, CT), Shea’s Pizzeria & Sports Bar (Manchester, CT), and Sports Haven (New Haven, CT).

REWARDS PROGRAM
At Winners we operate a very simple rewards program. The more you wager with us, the more rewards you earn.
Your Rewards Rate increases based on the membership level you operate within:

Please note: Your wagering level at the end of each calendar month will set your Winners Rewards level for the following month. For example, if you wager $5,500 in month 1, you will be at the Silver Plus level for month 2. If you then wager $2,750 in month 2, you will be Silver in month 3.

REDEEMING POINTS
Well, you have your Winners Rewards card and you’re earning points, but you’re not quite sure what to do with them? No need to worry!
Check Your Point Balance
To check your points balance, you can call customer service at 1.800.468.2260 or head on down to a Winners venue and see one of our Venue managers or swipe your card into our Rewards kiosk.
Online customers can check their rewards balance by signing into their Winners online wagering account.
What Can I Redeem For?
You can redeem your points for merchandise we have to offer, wagering value, programs, or even food and beverage certificates that can be used at any of the Winners facilities that offer food and beverage.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
If you use telephone betting and you’d like to redeem your points, give customer service a call at 1.800.468.2260. If you visit our Winners venues and would like to redeem your points, see a manager or use the rewards kiosk to print out a voucher at select Winners venues. If you play online, simply use the redeem feature located on the wagering pad.
RULES & EXCLUSIONS
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to join the Winners Loyalty Rewards Program.
- You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to join the Winners Loyalty Rewards Program.
- Membership is limited to one user per card/account.
- Membership and any associated program benefits are non-transferable.
- Photo identification, such as a valid driver’s license, is required to open a Winners Rewards Program membership.
- Only the named account holder is authorized to redeem points.
- There are no implied benefits other than those published or posted.
- No redemption’s for cash may be made as part of this program.
- Members who wish to redeem points for Winners wagering value will receive a coupon/ certificate which can only be used to place wagers at designated teller windows at participating Winners Off-Track Betting locations. A non-cashable voucher will be issued in the event that the entire sum of the Winners wagering value is not wagered. Members who place their wagers through the Winners telephone betting service or ADW online account may only wager with Winners wagering value; Winners redeemed wagering value cannot be withdrawn from a Winners Phone Betting account or ADW online account as cash.
- There are six Membership Levels. All Members begin at the Bronze level upon joining the Winners Rewards Program. Level assignments in a given month are based on the total accumulated monthly wagers recorded in the Winners Rewards account in the preceding month. Membership Levels, minimum monthly wagering required and the awards for each level are shown in the following table:

- Member wagering levels will be evaluated every month. Membership Level may increase or decrease depending on the wagering levels in the prior month.
- Winners and Sportech Inc. reserve the right to adjust Membership Levels and to add points to a Member account at its discretion.
- When using a Winners Rewards Program at a participating Winners location, the Winners Rewards card must be presented to a pari-mutuel teller or inserted into a self-service terminal prior to placing wagers. Unacknowledged wagers will not earn points and will not be credited. When using the self-service terminal, it is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure the card is accepted.
- Points not redeemed at the end of each calendar year will roll over into the next year.
- Winners Rewards accounts will only be accepted at participating Winners Off-Track Betting locations, through the Winners Phone account wagering service and Winners online wagering. A complete list of participating locations can be found by clicking here.
- Winners Phone and ADW online wagering account holders are automatically enrolled in the Winners Rewards Program.
- Item lists and required points necessary for redemption are updated periodically. Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.
- Winners Rewards points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
- Winners and Sportech Inc. reserve the right to exclude anyone from participation in the Winners Rewards Program.
- All decisions by management are final.
- The receipt of an application to the Winners Rewards Program signifies the entrant’s acceptance of all rules and conditions stated herein.
- Winners and Sportech Inc. reserve the right to deactivate a Winners Rewards card if it is not utilized in a 54-week period or at its discretion. In the case of account deactivation, all accumulated points will be void.
- Rewards Point Expiration: This is disabled until further notice. Winners Rewards Program points will expire 54 weeks (379 days) after their date of issuance. Failure to use points within the 54 week period of issuance will result in the expiration (forfeiture of those points) for wagering or other redemption actions. When points are redeemed the oldest points will automatically be redeemed first.
- Using the Winners Rewards Account to unfairly earn points via deception, partnering or any other method will be considered abuse. Noncompliance with these rules or misuse of the account, card and privileges will result in revocation of membership and forfeiture of accumulated points.
- Winners Rewards members are subject to all state and federal tax requirements.
- Officers and employees, and their immediate families, of Winners, Sportech Inc. and its agencies and affiliates and the employees of the Division of Special Revenue, State of Connecticut, are not eligible to participate in the Winners Rewards Program.
- The right is reserved to terminate, revise, modify or withdraw the Winners Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
