In Connecticut, Sportech Venues, Inc. holds the exclusive pari-mutuel wagering license (OTB.420772), issued by the state’s Department of Consumer Protection. That makes Sportech Venues the licensed service provider in Connecticut, and the data controller for anyone accessing MyWinners from inside the state.
Rest of the United States (RoUS, excluding CT)
Step outside Connecticut, into any other state where advance deposit wagering is legal, and the license changes hands. MyWinners is still the one offering the service, but we operate there under the license of Lien Games Racing LLC, a North Dakota company based at 404 4th Avenue North, Suite 200, Fargo, ND 58102. Lien Games Racing is the licensed service provider and data controller for anyone accessing MyWinners from an approved state outside Connecticut.
