MyWinners started in 1996 with an idea simple enough to fit on a napkin. Bring live racing into local communities, so fans could watch, bet and celebrate together instead of alone. For a lot of Connecticut fans, that idea had a name. Sports Haven in New Haven was like nothing the state had seen, with walls of screens, packed Saturdays and a crowd that made a $2 exacta feel like the Derby. Ask anyone who spent time there and they'll have a story.

From there the network grew into nine Winners locations across Connecticut, from Norwalk to East Haven. Eventually it reached an online platform serving players in every state where parimutuel betting is legal. The tote boards went digital and the betting slip moved into your pocket. What made people trust us stayed put: fair play, guaranteed payouts and a room where everybody's welcome.
