It’s never too early to start thinking about the holidays, especially once everyone’s calendar starts filling up. Across greater Hartford, the hunt for a holiday party venue that can actually hold the whole group starts now.
Bobby V’s Windsor Locks can accommodate parties of up to 400 guests. Whether you’re planning a company party, family gathering or something in between, we can handle the crowd.
We sit just north of Hartford, right next to Bradley International Airport. Here’s why that location works for a holiday party, what the space looks like and how to get your date on the books.
Plan Your Holiday Party Before the December Rush
Christmas falls on a Friday in 2026. That makes Friday, December 18 the last Friday before the holiday, and it’s the night a lot of Hartford area offices will be chasing. December 4 and 11 are close behind.
Weekends fill with family parties and friend groups, while weekdays get snapped up by team dinners. Booking in October gives you the widest choice of dates and plenty of time to shape the menu.

The location also works for local guests. Windsor Locks sits between Hartford and Springfield, which puts it within reach of towns like Windsor, Enfield, Suffield and East Windsor. Bobby V’s has its own private parking lot, so guests won’t spend the night circling for a space.
