It’s never too early to start thinking about the holidays. In downtown Stamford, calendars start filling up in October, and the venues big enough to hold a real crowd go first.
Bobby V’s Stamford can accommodate parties of up to 600 guests at 268 Atlantic Street. Company party, family gathering, team celebration or something in between, we can handle the crowd.
This guide covers what you need to know before you book. We’ll walk through the spaces, the menus, getting your guests downtown and how to lock in a date before someone else grabs it.
Why Holiday Party Venues in Stamford CT Book Up Early
The 2026 calendar doesn’t leave much room. Thanksgiving lands on Thursday, November 26, and Christmas falls on a Friday this year. That gives you three Friday nights in December before the holiday itself: December 4, 11 and 18.
Every office in Fairfield County wants one of those three Fridays. Saturdays go fast too, mostly to family parties and friend groups. Then weeknights fill up with team dinners and client events.
Booking now also gives you more control. You get first pick of the space that suits your group, more time to settle the menu with our kitchen, and the freedom to adjust your headcount as RSVPs come in.
Room for Up to 600 Guests in Downtown Stamford
A Stamford Holiday Party Venue That Scales With Your Guest List
Plenty of downtown restaurants can seat a team of 20. Far fewer can take an entire company. Bobby V’s Stamford can host up to 600 guests, so you won’t need to split the office across two venues or cut names from the invite list to fit a room.
Size works the other way too. Bobby V’s Stamford has a number of different spaces, so a department dinner for 25 won’t feel lost. The room fits the party, not the other way around.
Event Spaces for Every Kind of Holiday Party
Bobby V’s Stamford has a range of comfortable, unique spaces built for different event styles. Our team hosts business meetings and holiday parties all season. We also run birthday and anniversary parties, youth sports trophy parties, and bachelor and bachelorette parties throughout the year.
Book the Game Time Viewing Lounge
If your group wants the game on, book the game time viewing lounge. December is packed with NFL Sundays, college bowl season, and NBA and NHL action. A party in the lounge means nobody has to sneak a look at their phone for the score.
Bring the Party to the Main Bar
Some groups want the energy of a busy upscale sports bar rather than a closed room. The main bar has large TV screens, booths and high top tables. It’s a good fit for a casual team night out where people drift between conversations.
Holiday Party Menus From Appetizers to Full Dinners
Catering Options for Your Stamford Holiday Party
Our event packages run from appetizers all the way to full dinners. Want something specific? Our Executive Chef can build your very own menu around your group, your budget and the style of party you want.
The kitchen takes bar food and brings it up a level, using fresh ingredients with some sourced locally. The regular menu covers wings, pizzas and burgers alongside entrees like salmon, cod, chicken and seared beef medallion. Gluten free options are available, and the full bar pours beer, wine and cocktails.
Here’s a simple rule of thumb. Big mingling crowds tend to do best with passed appetizers and stations. Smaller teams usually prefer a seated dinner. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book and we’ll plan around them.
An Easy Office Holiday Party for Downtown Stamford Teams
Getting to Your Stamford Holiday Party
Bobby V’s Stamford sits on Atlantic Street in the heart of downtown. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Stamford’s train station, which makes it simple for colleagues commuting on Metro North Railroad lines from New York and New Haven. Drivers can use street parking or the garages nearby.
That location matters in December. Guests can head straight over after work, enjoy the night and catch a train home without anyone worrying about the drive.
Lunches and Daytime Celebrations
Not every holiday party needs to run late. Bobby V’s also hosts business lunches and dinners, plus out of the office meetings. A long holiday lunch is a great option for teams with people who commute in from out of town.
Holiday Parties With the Game On
Bobby V’s Stamford is also a Winners venue. Guests who want to follow the horses can bet on racing at the Winners racebook, which includes personal betting carrels. Sports betting runs through Fanatics Sportsbook.
Betting areas come with age restrictions, so it’s worth flagging when you book if your group includes younger guests. Your manager can help plan the space with that in mind.
